Family Constellation Workshop in ENGLISH

In an unconcious manner, we regurgitate our past traumatic experiences. We also relive the ways our family (mom, dad, siblings, grandparents) relate to difficult/happy situations.  We also learned from our family how to relate to abundance, money, success, fear, and uncertainty. There was no choice, we learned what was useful, and also what was not. It is our heritage. However, sometimes, those learned habits can be detrimental to our happiness, contenment and peace. 

Family constellations allow us to reveal these hidden patterns, shine light one them by providing different alternatives to relate to those, and therefore we can have a choice in how we react to certain situations. Family constellations can allow us to increase our awareness. Sometimes, one moment of awareness during a session can change the whole game, allowing the client to expand their compassion and insight and experience more contentment that transcends time, space and previous generations. 

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn how to identify the traumatic events and unconscious loyalties that can affect your health, relationships and success.
• Learn practices, visualizations, healing sentences and other tools based in Buddhist practice that can help you disentangle from the cycle of generational suffering.
• Learn how to break long-standing patterns of illness, depression, anxiety, fear and unhappiness
